Cookie Surprises is an innovative business concept developed by a Northern Virginia mom and her two children, ages 13 and 14. They wanted to add to the family income, but wanted a fun way to do it. Since they all loved cookies, cookies seemed the natural choice! After looking at other cookie sites, they noticed there were only a couple of options for ordering cookies... either plain cookies or cookie bouquets. They quickly realized that there needed to be an affordable fun way to send cookies that stood out from the rest, hence the evolution of Cookie Surprises!
