We ship
almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS). We currently
offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
Bulk Cookie Orders of
50+ cookies sometimes ship UPS ground instead of USPS.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours.
Bulk Cookie orders typically take up to ten business days to
ship. Sometimes shipping time can be slowed due to weather
conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Should this happen, we
will ship your order out as soon as possible.
We
are happy to ship your order at a later date if you would like it
shipped for a certain holiday or occasion. Simply indicate in the
comments box during checkout when you would like for your gift to
arrive, and we will remember to mail your gift just in time for that
special occasion!

At Cookie Surprises, our gifts are hand
assembled and packaged to ensure your gifts are received in excellent
condition. If your cookie arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to
provide you with a replacement cookie!
If your cookie is damaged on arrival,
please mail the cookie, along with the original packing slip to:
